CAM360 AmnioGraft™ from BioTissue is a hydrated, cryopreserved human amniotic membrane used on the ocular surface to support healing. The ringless membrane is designed for selected superficial ocular surface conditions and may be placed beneath a bandage contact lens or collagen shield, depending on the treatment plan.

What Conditions May Be Treated With CAM360?

According to BioTissue, CAM360 may be used in selected cases involving:

How Does CAM360 Support Ocular Surface Healing?

Amniotic membrane has biologic properties that can support epithelial healing and help manage inflammation and scarring on the ocular surface. BioTissue uses proprietary preservation methods intended to retain important structural and biologic components of the tissue.

CAM360 is ringless and shelf-stable, which distinguishes it from some other amniotic membrane products. Treatment length and the method used to keep the membrane in place vary by patient and by the condition being treated.

Is CAM360 Right for Me?

CAM360 is not necessary for every patient with dry eye or corneal irritation. Dr. Smith will first evaluate the ocular surface and determine whether an amniotic membrane treatment, another office-based therapy, prescription treatment, or a simpler approach is most appropriate.
